1990 New Zealand Gold Kiwi Commemorative Coin - Face value of $150. This Gold Kiwi coin brilliantly depicts the iconic New Zealand species with a fern along the top. Struck by the Royal Australian Mint, Canberra on behalf of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, this coin was issued as part of New Zealand's 1990 celebrations to mark the 150th Anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi. With an extremely low mintage of only 3,200, this fantastic coin features on the obverse the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the year 1990, and on the reverse a Kiwi looking down beneath a fern that arches along the top of the coin. At the bottom is the legal tender value of 150 Dollars (NZD).
This coin is not packaged in a box, however it does come with a certificate.
