Professional. As advertised. However. There was no mention anywhere when purchasing that the location is not fit for wheelchair users. I had to haul myself up a flight of stairs just to get my product. Thank God my wife was there or I would have been in hospital

After dealing with MyGold for a few years now and having experience with other bullion retailers in the past and recently, I have renewed appreciation of their service. A recent investigation into a few of their competitors left me feeling dirty. The competitors showed a tendency to tell little white lies, and to be unhelpful. With a few of them that have a quoting system for the price and purchase of product, they always come back with a price a few dollars or more higher than their estimate. This sort of behaviour is not conducive to trust. Completely different story with the MyGold experience,most of the time their prices are already the best to start with and what you see is what you get.
