First time gold investor. Zoe was simply amazing. Took the time to explain the fundamentals making sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. Was very patient with me including answering all the questions I had. Guided me in the purchase process with no dramas. Zoe definitely needs a raise if not already have for her stellar customer support! Highly recommended.

After dealing with MyGold for a few years now and having experience with other bullion retailers in the past and recently, I have renewed appreciation of their service. A recent investigation into a few of their competitors left me feeling dirty. The competitors showed a tendency to tell little white lies, and to be unhelpful. With a few of them that have a quoting system for the price and purchase of product, they always come back with a price a few dollars or more higher than their estimate. This sort of behaviour is not conducive to trust. Completely different story with the MyGold experience,most of the time their prices are already the best to start with and what you see is what you get.

They (and their staff) are very helpful and friendly, making you feel comfortable in bullion transactions. Ok so bit of a sticky start with lack of communication over a simple yet important thing to which left me to leave a very negative google review. MyGold reached out immediately apologising for falling short in their service to me. So all sorted now and a good response from MyGold directly to me. It is clear from our communications MyGold does take customer satisfaction seriously and personally. We hit a speed bump but it has been smoothed over. Even the very best businesses will sometimes miss ( we all do ) but for me it is how they respond. MyGold stood up and responded well. I'll be buying from them again.
