The sixth coin from the popular Australian Map Shaped Coin Series features the ferocious Saltwater Crocodile, the world's largest reptile. These amazing creatures are found on the northern coast of Australia and inland for up to 100kms or more. The Saltwater Crocodile has been reported to grow to lengths of 7 meters. Struck by The Perth Mint from 1oz of 99.9% pure silver, the coin features delightful original artistry and is captured in the shape of Australia. The coin is issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965. The Perth Mint will release no more than 6,000 of the Australian Map Shaped Coin Series 2014 Saltwater Crocodile 1oz Silver Coin.
