2020 1oz Silver ABC Year of The Rat

This 1oz silver round is part of the ABC Bullion gold bullion range and is the fourth design in the ABC Bullion Lunar Coin series. The series celebrates the 12 animal zodiacs associated with the 12-year cycle of the Chinese Lunar calendar. Manufactured to the Royal Australian Mint’s high standards with guaranteed precious metal contact, weight and quality, these ABC Bullion Silver investment rounds are a great way to invest in precious metals. DESIGN: The obverse depicts the ABC square ingot logo at centre, on a background of thin horizontal stripes. Around above, ABC BULLION. Around below, the precious metal content: 1oz 999.5 SILVER (one ounce of 99.95% silver). The reverse shows, with a background of decorative vegetation, a rat holding a Chinese lucky coin with a square central hole; there are two smaller coins behind, the rat's tail going through the central hole of the nearer one. Around above, YEAR OF THE RAT. Above right, the Chinese character for "rat" 鼠 (pronounced shŭ under the Pinyin system), below which 2020. PRESENTATION: All coins will be in protective acrylic capsule.
