This obsidian black proof with an ultra high relief is the second coin in the series. The reverse of this coin depicts an imposing Eagle Owl portrait. The special effect is created by the fascinating Obsidian black Proof finish combined with silk areas. The Ultra High Relief and the scary eyes staring at you make this coin incredibly lifelike. The obverse of the coin depicts the Coat of Arms of Palau surrounded by the moonlight in a clear starry sky and the inscriptions: "REPUBLIC OF PALAU" - the issuing country, "10$" - the face value and "HUNTERS BY NIGHT" - the name of the series.
